1. Services Offered

We provide logistics solutions including transportation, warehousing, cold storage, packaging and related services. All services are subject to availability and applicable laws.

2. User Obligations

• You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.
• You shall not misuse or disrupt the functionality of our website or systems.

3. Orders & Deliveries

All service requests are subject to acceptance and confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Claims for damages or delays must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are subject to applicable taxes. Payment terms shall be as per invoice. Delayed payments may attract interest or suspension.

5. Liability & Insurance

Customer has to arrange their fright, goods, consignments and liability insurance from their preferred insurer. Schramm Logistics will not be responsible from any damages caused by any reason.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Schramm Logistics, its affiliates, employees and agents from any claims resulting from your breach of these terms.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website is our property and may not be used without permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service to users who violate these Terms or engage in unlawful conduct.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, India before approaching courts.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian laws. Jurisdiction lies with courts in Mumbai.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Standard payment term

Standard payment term is payment in full required on the day Tax Invoice has been issued to customer unless and otherwise we have payment term agreement mutually signed between Customers authorised signatory and Schramm Logistics Director.
